Team collaborating during a corporate training workshop

Corporate Training that people remember on Monday morning

We design and deliver training programmes for teams of 8 to 200 across the UK. Every session is built from a diagnostic of your actual performance gaps, not a catalogue of off-the-shelf slides.

Training programmes

Each programme runs as a half-day, full-day or multi-session series. We adapt the depth and pace to your group size and seniority level.

Leadership communication training session

Leadership communication

Aimed at new and mid-level managers who need to give clearer briefs, run tighter meetings and deliver feedback that people act on. Participants practise with real scenarios from their own week.

1 or 2 days
Team dynamics workshop in progress

Team dynamics and conflict

We use a structured diagnostic (not personality quizzes) to map how your team actually communicates, decides and disagrees. The afternoon is spent building protocols the team writes themselves.

Full day
Change management training with flip chart

Change readiness

For organisations mid-restructure, post-merger or adopting new systems. We help managers anticipate resistance, sequence communications and support their people through the messy middle of change.

Half-day + follow-up
Negotiation skills practice exercise

Commercial negotiation

Covers preparation frameworks, anchoring, concession strategy and reading the room. Participants leave with a personal playbook they can open before their next procurement call or client meeting.

Presentation and storytelling

Designed for anyone who presents to boards, clients or large internal audiences. We film short practice talks, review them together and rebuild structure, pacing and visual aids on the spot.

How a typical engagement works

From first conversation to post-programme review, most engagements span four to six weeks. Here is the sequence.

1. Discovery call (30 min)

We talk through the business context: what triggered the training need, who the participants are, what good would look like three months from now. No slides, no pitch deck.

2. Diagnostic survey

We send a short questionnaire to participants and their line managers. The questions surface specific skill gaps and recurring friction points rather than generic competency ratings.

3. Programme design

Using the diagnostic data, we build the session plan, choose exercises and write case studies drawn from your sector. You review and approve before anything is printed.

4. Delivery

Sessions happen on your premises or at a venue we help you book. Group sizes range from 8 to 25 per cohort. Larger populations run as repeated cohorts over consecutive days or weeks.

5. Follow-up and measurement

Two weeks after delivery, participants complete a reflection exercise. At the eight-week mark, we send a brief impact survey to both participants and their managers. You get a written summary with data you can take to your board.

Measured outcomes from recent programmes

We track results because "the session went well" is not a business case. Here are four examples from 2024 and early 2025.

+34% meeting efficiency

A 120-person operations team at a logistics firm cut average meeting duration from 52 minutes to 34 minutes within six weeks of completing the leadership communication programme. The metric came from their own calendar analytics tool.

72 → 91 eNPS

An insurance division ran the team dynamics workshop across four regional offices. Their quarterly employee net promoter score rose from 72 to 91 in the following survey cycle, with the biggest jump in the "my manager listens" category.

£1.2M saved in first renewal cycle

After the commercial negotiation programme, a procurement team renegotiated three supplier contracts. Their internal audit attributed £1.2M in savings to changed negotiation tactics documented during the training.

89% behaviour adoption at 8 weeks

In our post-programme survey, 89% of participants from a fintech client reported using at least two techniques from the presentation workshop in their day-to-day work. The industry average for training transfer sits around 15 to 20%.

Common questions

Three to four weeks is comfortable. We have delivered in as little as ten days when the diagnostic step was replaced by a detailed briefing document from the client. Booking further ahead gives us more time to tailor case studies.

A single full-day session for up to 20 participants typically falls between £2,800 and £4,500 depending on the topic and the amount of custom content required. Multi-session series and larger cohort programmes are quoted individually after the discovery call.

Yes, though we recommend in-person for anything involving group exercises or role play. Online sessions work well for the presentation and storytelling programme and for follow-up coaching. We use Zoom or Teams, whichever your organisation prefers.

Our core team of four facilitators each have 10+ years in their specialism. We do not subcontract to freelancers. The person you meet on the discovery call is the person who stands in front of your team.

We have delivered in Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany. Travel and accommodation costs are added at cost. For teams spread across multiple countries, a blended model with one in-person day and two online sessions often works best.

Low engagement usually signals a design problem, not a people problem. Our diagnostic step catches misalignment early. If energy drops during a session, our facilitators shift format on the fly: shorter exercises, smaller groups, different stimulus. We have never had a session rated below 7 out of 10.
